1 16oz can chickpeas (drained, but keep liquid)
1-2 small cloves garlic
juice from 1-2 lemons
1 spoonful tahini
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. If more liquid is needed use water from drained chickpeas. Garnish with paprika and serve with warm pita bread and feta. _________________ "If human beings don't keep exercising their lips, their brains start working." Ford Prefect |
